Fee Schedule

 

Every reasonable effort has been made to keep this Fee Schedule 
as low and as fair and as simple as possible. This following Fee
Schedule for those Work-Products that are available is for the period
 July 1, 2008 to January 1, 2009.

 

Each Work-Product (opinion, report, certification, computation, etc.)  
has a flat fee varying only by (a) data/documentation procedures
and/or (b) signatory and transmittal election.

 

Traditional (First Option)

 

With this Option, the User submits the data/documentation in
whatever format it chooses. The flat fee is (a) $300 with a facsimile
signature (and Email transmission) and (b) $400 with an inked
signature (and transmission as User-directed).

 

Advanced (Second Option)

 

With this Option, the User must become an Eligible User (being
provided a special User Name and User Password). Such Eligible
User directly enters the data/documentation into the Website-
embedded computer. The flat fee is (a) $50 with a facsimile signature
(and Email transmission) and (b) $250 with an inked signature (and
transmission as User-directed).

 

Intermediate (Third Option)

 

With this Option, the User submits the data/documentation in the
format set forth herein. The flat fee is (a) $200 with a facsimile
signature (and Email transmission) and (b) $300 with an inked
signature (and transmission as User-directed).

 

Invoices are sent at the end of each month for
work performed for that month.
